Tara Direct to Patient is part of the Tara Medical Group, the only company in the island of Ireland to be endorsed by the HSE to provide a Hospital in the Home Service.
Tara Direct to Patient is working with a number of pharmaceutical companies administering their IV drug therapies in the patients own home. This is a bespoke service designed around the specific drug and therapy group. All home therapies are fully supervised by our expertly trained nurses and overseen as per protocols by our medical team. Tara Direct to Patient provides additional medical services in the home setting as required including;
- Home infusion services.
- Provision of community Infusions using one of our mobile infusion centres.
- Home Phlebotomy / Diagnostic services.
- Collection and delivery of Pharmaceuticals to patient's homes using our temperature controlled and fully validated cold chain transport system
- Medical review / Treatment in the Home.
- Dedicated liaison with prescribing consultant /GP.
- 1850 (low call) patient advice and support service.
- Data Collection and processing (Regular reporting (as required) back to GP/ Consultants
- Nursing and product support for patients in the home
- Dedicated training and education to patients in the home
- Health and safety supervision for patients self administering drugs at home.
- Bespoke solutions to the Pharma industry
- Tara Direct to Patient are fully insured and indemnified.
